Trial Login Details

For free trials:

• Username and password are auto-generated

• Login details are emailed to you once the trial is activated

• Trial credentials cannot be customized

Step 2: Member Area Login (Billing & Subscriptions)

When you are ready to subscribe:

1. Visit the Member Area

2. Log in using:

• The email address used during signup

• The password you created for the Member Area

Important:
Your Member Area login is separate from your TaVo streaming login.

Step 3: Subscribe to a Paid Plan

Inside the Member Area:

1. Click Store

2. Choose your plan and number of connections

3. Complete checkout

Your subscription activates immediately after payment.

Step 4: Paid Plan Login Details (Custom Credentials)

For paid subscriptions, you may create your own TaVo login credentials.

Username Rules

• Maximum 10 characters

• Letters and numbers only

• No spaces or special characters

Password Rules

• Exactly 6 characters

• Letters and numbers only

• No spaces or special characters

Step 5: Receiving Your Login Details

After subscribing, you will receive an email containing:

• Your TaVo  username

• Your TaVo  password

• Upgrade or downgrade plans
